Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Centennial Park and Moore Park Turst (Short Description of Offences) Regulation 1993 in consequence of amendments made to the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Regulation 1993 by the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Amendment (Vehicles) Regulation 1998.

This Regulation is made under the Justices Act 1902, and, in particular. under sections 145B (Short description of certain offences) and 154 (the general regulation-making power).

(Short Description of Offences) Amendment Regulation 1998.

The Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust (Short Description of Offences) Regulation 1993 is amended as set out in Schedule 1 .
