r1 3 r3 Rules of Court RULES OF COURT [reprinted as in force on 7 June 2002] 1 Each Bench Charge Sheet and each Bench Complaint Sheet shall, in relation to the proceeding therein referred to, be a record made for the purposes of a Court. 2 (a) A Bench Charge Sheet shall be used by the Court where a defendant shall have been arrested, whether with or without warrant. (b) Without limiting the particulars that may be entered theron, there shall be entered on the Bench Charge Sheet particulars of the name of the defendant, of the complainant, of the plea of the defendant, and of the decision of the Court. 3 (a) A Bench Complaint Sheet shall be used by the Court in every proceeding where a Bench Charge Sheet is not required by Rule 2 to be used. (b) Without limiting the particulars that may be entered thereon, there shall be entered on the Bench Complaint Sheet particulars of the names of the parties, of the nature of the complaint, of the plea of the defendant, and of the decision of the Court.
