Justice Regulations Amendment (Road

Passenger Services) Regulations 2019

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Justice Regulations Amendment (Road

Passenger Services) Regulations 2019.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Part 2 Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005

3. Regulations amended

This Part amends the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005.

4.            Schedule IA amended

In Schedule IA insert in alphabetical order:

   Enforcement Regulations 1994 amended

   5.             Regulations amended

   This Part amends the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices

   Enforcement Regulations 1994.

   In Schedule 1 insert in alphabetical order:

   Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018
