This regulation may be cited as the Justice Legislation (Variation of Fees) Regulation 1998 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 January 1999. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF APPEAL COSTS FUND REGULATION 1974 ˙ Regulation amended in pt 2 3. This part amends the Appeal Costs Fund Regulation 1974 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Additional fees on documents) 4.(1) Section 3(1)(a), ‘$15.50’— omit, insert— ‘$15.70’.
