This regulation may be cited as the Justice Legislation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulation 1997 . ˙ Postponed commencement 2.(1) In this section— “postponed law” means the JusticeLegislation(MiscellaneousProvisions) Act 1996 , parts 3, 5 and 33. 1 (2) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2) 2 of the postponed law is extended to the end of 30 November 1998. ˙ Expiry 3.
