Schedule 1, item 2, after the seventh dot point—
insert—
the National Anti-Corruption Commission under the National Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2022 (Cwlth)

Part 3    Amendment of Criminal Code (External Agencies) Regulation 2016

4   Regulation amended

This part amends the Criminal Code (External Agencies) Regulation 2016.

5   Amendment of s 2 (External agencies)

Section 2(i)—
omit, insert—
(i)the National Anti-Corruption Commission established under the National Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2022 (Cwlth).

Part 4    Amendment of Witness Protection Regulation 2021

This part amends the Witness Protection Regulation 2021.

7   Amendment of s 4 (Approved authorities—Act, sch 2, definition approved authority)

omit.

insert—
(ia)National Anti-Corruption Commission;
(3)Section 4(i) and (ia)—
renumber as section 4(h) and (i).

8   Amendment of s 6 (Law enforcement agencies—Act, sch 2, definition law enforcement agency)

omit.

insert—

insert—
