Justice and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2014 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of the day stated in schedule 1 for the law. (2) In this section— postponed law means an uncommenced provision of the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 stated in schedule 1. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 31 August 2015.
