Justice and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2008 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provision (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 30 August 2010. (2) In this section— postponed law means the JusticeandOtherLegislationAmendment Act 2007 , section 21. Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 31 August 2010. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 1 September 2010.
