s1 2 s3 Justice and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2005 No. 250, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2005 . 2 Postponed commencement of Act, pt 25 (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 18 November 2006. 1 (2) In this section— postponed law means the JusticeandOtherLegislationAmendment Act 2004 , part 25 . 2 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 20 November 2006.
