This regulation may be cited as the Jury Regulation 1996 . ˙ Jury Act 1995, uncommenced provisions—commencement 2.(1) In this section— “postponed law” means the uncommenced provisions of the JuryAct1995 . (2) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to 31 October 1997. (3) This section expires on 1 November 1997.
