most Exce l len t Majesty by and wi th the advice and consent of the WH E R E A S it is desirable to amend the J u r y Laws in t he manner hereinafter ment ioned Be i t therefore enacted by the Queen ' s
Legislat ive Council and Legislat ive Assembly of New South Wales in P a r l i a m e n t assembled and by t h e au thor i ty of t he same as follows :—

1. W h e n e v e r the Sheriff shall be required by any j u r y precept

to s u m m o n ju rors to appear and a t tend for t he t r ia l of issues in t he Supreme Cour t or Court of Genera l or Quar te r Sessions at Dar l ing- hurs t on any par t icu la r day or days and shall also be required by any other j u r y precept to s u m m o n ju rors to appear and a t t end for t he t r ia l of issues on the same day or days in the Supreme Court in King-s t ree t it shall not be necessary for such Sheriff to summon for ei ther Court t he same ju ro r s w h o m he may have already summoned to a t t end at t he other Cour t b u t he shall omit from any summons for ei ther Court t he names of all such ju ro r s as he may have already summoned for the other conforming in other respects in t he m a t t e r of such summons to

t he directions of t h e A c t eleventh Victoria n u m b e r twenty .

of 1874 . "
