REGULATIONS UNDER THE JURY EXEMPTION ACT 1905-1950.*
I, THE DEPUTY OF THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Jury Exemption Regulations.
“2. A person holding—
(
a ) an office in the First or the Second Division of the Public Service of the Commonwealth;(
b ) an office in the Third Division of the Attorney-General’s Department other than an office in the Patent Office, the Trade Marks Office, the Designs Office, or the Copyright Office; or(
c ) an office specified in the first column of the Schedule to these Regulations,
is exempt from serving as a juror in the Australian Capital Territory.”.
