REGULATIONS UNDER THE JURY EXEMPTION ACT 1905-1950.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Jury Exemption Regulations.
“2. A person holding—
(
(
b ) an office in the Third Division of the Public Service of the Commonwealth being an office in the Attorney-General’s Department other than an office in the Patent Office, the Trade Marks Office, the Designs Office or the Copyright Office; or(
c ) an office in the Australian Capital Territory specified in the First Schedule to these Regulations,
is exempt from serving as a juror in the Australian Capital Territory.
“3. A person holding—
(
(
b ) an office in the Third Division of the Public Service of the Commonwealth being an office in the Attorney-General’s Department; or
(
is exempt from serving as a juror in the Northern Territory.”.
