AN ACT to exempt certain persons from

serving on Juries.

[Assented to, 13th January, 18'93.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Principal Act), be exempt from serving on Juries, and shall not be inserted on any Jury List to be prepared by virtue of such Act or any amendment thereof, or if inserted may claim exemption, that is to say : town clerks, captains or superintendents of fire brigades, schoolmasters, bank managers, chemists and druggists duly qualified and in actual practice, persons employed solely and exclusively in any department of the Public Service, including all officers and

servants of the Commissioner of Railways, and all officers and
