Jury and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Jury and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 September 2012. Part 2 Amendment of Court Funds Regulation 2009 3 Regulation amended This part amends the Court Funds Regulation 2009 . 4 Amendment of s 28 (Request for certificate about money or securities in court) Section 28(5)— omit, insert — ‘(5) If the registrar has notice of a charging order, as defined in the CivilProceedingsAct2011 , section 90(5), that affects the securities, the certificate must state that fact.’. (2) Section 6(a)(iii)— renumber as section 6(a)(ii). (3) Section 6(b)(ii)— omit. (4) Section 6(b)(iii)— renumber as section 6(b)(ii). (5) Section 6(c)(ii)— omit. (2) Schedule 3— insert — ‘ deputy sheriff means a person appointed as a deputy sheriff under the SupremeCourtofQueenslandAct1991 , section 73.’.
