s1 2 s6 Jury Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2006 No. 318, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Jury Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2006 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 18 December 2006. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Jury Regulation 1997. 4 Amendment of s 10 (Travelling allowance) (1) Section 10(2)(a), ‘12 cents’— omit, insert — ‘13 cents’. (2) Section 10(2)(b), ‘30 cents’— omit, insert — ‘33 cents’. 5 Amendment of s 11 (Jury fees in civil cases) Section 11(1), ‘$620’— omit, insert — ‘$644’. 6 Replacement of sch 2 (Remuneration and allowances for jurors) Schedule 2— omit, insert —
