s1 2 s5 Jury Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 283, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Jury Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 December 2005. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Jury Regulation 1997. 4 Amendment of s 11 (Jury fees in civil cases) Section 11(1), ‘$600’— omit, insert— ‘$620’. 5 Replacement of sch 2 (Remuneration and allowances for jurors) Schedule 2— omit, insert— ‘Schedule 2 Remuneration and allowances for jurors sections 7 and 9 Juror or reserve juror 1 Remuneration for each day, or part of a day, a person attends court as a juror, or reserve juror, on the 1 trial . . . . 2 Additional remuneration for each day, or part of a day, after day 20 that a person attends court as a juror, or reserve juror, on the 1 trial. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3 Daily allowance under section 9(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 93.00 31.00 93.00
