No. 10 of 1937.
AN ACT to make provision in the Jury Act, 1898, for the exemption of members of the crews of certain Aircraft from serving on Juries.
[Assented to 8th December, 1937.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows

| This Act may be cited as the Jury Act Amendment Act (No. 2), 1937, and shall be read as one with the Jury Act, 1898 (No. 10 of 1898), as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of the Statutes for the year 1928, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act. | Short tate. |

| mercial pilots (Class B), all navigators, and all radio operators, all licensed as such and employed as members of the crews of aircraft which are used or engaged in and for the purpose of any public air transport service for the carriage of mails and passengers." |
