s1 2 s4 Juror’s Fees Rules Amendment (No. 1) No. 96, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Juror’s Fees Rules Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Juror’s Fees Rules 1991 . ˙ Amendment of r 1 (Short title) 3. Rule 1, after ‘Fees’— insert— ‘and Allowances’. ˙ Insertion of new r 5 4. After rule 4— insert — ˙ ‘ Meal allowance ‘ 5. A requirement that a juror be provided with a meal is satisfied by the juror being paid a meal allowance of— (a) if the meal is lunch—$8.00; or (b) if the meal is dinner—$15.00.’. ENDNOTES 1.
