Jurisdiction of Courts (Family Law) Act 2006

I, PROFESSOR MARIE BASHIR, AC, CVO, Administrator of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Jurisdiction of Courts (Family Law) Act 2006, fix 1 July 2006 as the day on which Schedule 1, Part 1 to that Act commences.
