Juries Fees Regulations² (Amendment)

I, LIONEL FROST BOWEN, the Attorney-General for the Commonwealth of Australia, hereby make the following Regulation under the Juries Ordinance 1967.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Juries Fees Regulations is amended:

(a)by omitting from paragraph (a) “$30” and substituting “$40”; and

(b)by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(b)where that period exceeds 4 hours—$70”.
