These regulations amend the Swan and Canning Rivers
Management Regrr/alion.s 200'.

4.             Schedule 2 Form 3 amended

In Schedule 2 Form 3 delete `'u!nder that Act your driver's licence

and/or vehicle ]icence may be suspended and insert:

Under that Act, some or a]] of the following action may be taken —your
driver's ]icence may be SLiSpended. your vehicIe ]icence may he SLiSpended or
cance]]ed; your details may he published on a website, your vehicle may be
i mmobilised or have its number plates removed, and your property may be
seized and Sold.

Juries Amendment Regulations 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

These regulations amend the Juries Regulations 2008.

1.              Citation

These regulations are the Juries Aniendnrent Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day on hich the

Fines, Penalties and Infringement ?Latices Enfnrcenrent Amendment Act 2012 section 14 comes into operut icon.

4.             Schedule 3 Form 3 amended

In Schedule 3 Form 3 delete "If you do not pay or respond to the you will incur further costs." and insert:

If you do not pay the modified penalty by the due date, you may be prosecuted or enforcement action may be taken under the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Act 1994. Under that Act, some oral l of the following action may he taken —your driver's licence may be suspended; your vehicle licence may he suspended or cancelled; your details may be pubI ishcd on a website; your vehicle may be immobilised or have its number plates removed; and your property inay he seized and sold.
