JURIES AMENDMENT

ACT 1992

AN ACT to amend the Juries Act 1957.

[Assented to 10 December 1992.1

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Juries Amendment Act 1992.

Commencement

2.    This Act comes into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Section 18 amended

3. Section 18 (2) of the Juries Act 1957* is amended by deleting

"3" and substituting the following —
