An Ordinance to make perpetual an Ordi- nance, intituled " an Ordinance to regu- late the constitution of Juries for the trial of criminal offences in Albany and other remote districts in the Colony of Western Australia, and to limit the right of Chal- lenge to some extent in certain cases."
HEREAS an Ordinance was passed in the ninth year of the

regulate the Constitution of Juries for the trial of criminal offences in
| 9 Vict., No; | 9, made Albany, and other remote districts of the colony of Western Austra- lia, and to limit the right of challenge to some extent in certain cases," which Ordinance is shortly about to expire : and whereas it is expedi- ent that the same should be made perpetual :—Be it therefore enac- ted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, that the said Ordinance shall be and the same is hereby made perpetual. |
