JURIES (ALLOWANCES TO JURORS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Juries (Allowances to Jurors)

Amendment Regulations 1995.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Juries (Allowances to Jurors) Regulations* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 2 amended

3.     (1) Regulation 2 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting
