HEREAS it is expedient to amend the Jury Act, 1882, by heamble.

W making provision for the payment of Jurors attending at the Criminal Sittings of the Supreme Court-Be it therefore Enacted, by the Governor-in-Chief of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

1. Section 46 of the Jury Act, 1862, is hereby repealed.

3. This Act may be cited as " The Jury Amendment Act, 1865."
