twenty-four persons duly qualified to serve as Jurors shall be in- cluded in any general | |
of persons, duly qualified as aforesaid, included in any such general | |
before'the Court shall require, at the discretion of the Judges of the said Court-Be it therefore Enacted, by the Lieutenant-Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows: |
1. It shall be lawful for the Supreme Court, or a Judge thereof, in
