Junee Local Environmental Plan 1992 (Amendment

No 5)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Junee Local Environmental Plan 1992 (Amendment No 5).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend Junee Local Environmental Plan 1992 so as:

(a)

to rezone part of the land to which this plan applies from partly Zone No 1 (a) (General Rural Zone) and partly Zone No 1 (c) (Rural Small Holdings Zone) to Zone No 2 (v) (Village or Urban Zone), and

(b)

to rezone the remaining land from Zone No 1 (a) (General Rural Zone) to Zone No 1 (c) (Rural Small Holdings Zone).

3      Land to which plan applies

(1)

In respect of the aim referred to in clause 2 (a), this plan applies to:

(a)

Lots 1–10, Section 2, DP 1611, Lots 1–10, Section 3, DP 1611 and Lots 1–10, Section 4, DP 1611, Knight Street, Junee, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “v” on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Junee Local Environmental Plan 1992 (Amendment No 5)” deposited in the office of Junee Shire Council, and

(b)

part of Lot 1, DP 391956, Kitchener Street, Junee, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “v” on Sheet 2 of that map, and

(c)

part of Lot 2, Section 13, DP 10922, Golf Avenue, Junee, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “v” on Sheet 3 of that map, and

(d)

Lots 1–8, Section 2, DP 13598, Pitt Street, Junee and Lots 9–16, Section 2, DP 13598, Iona Street, Junee, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “v” on Sheet 4 of that map, and

(e)

part of Lot 124, DP 1107303, Boundary Street, Junee, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “v” on Sheet 5 of that map.

In respect of the aim referred to in clause 2 (b), this plan applies to Lots 13 and 14, DP 1109354 and Lot 3, DP 629600, Olympic Highway, Junee, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “1 (c)” on Sheet 6 of that map.

4 Amendment of Junee Local Environmental Plan 1992

Junee Local Environmental Plan 1992 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of map in clause 6 (1) the following words:
