1. This is an application for special leave to appeal from the decision of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Allsop CJ, Flick and Perram JJ), dismissing an appeal and, further, dismissing an application for an extension of time for leave to appeal.

2. The applicants should be granted the extension of time they require to file their application. However, the application for special leave to appeal should be dismissed, as none of the applicants' proposed grounds of appeal enjoys sufficient prospects of success. Pursuant to r 41.11.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
