JUDICIAL ACTS (VALIDATING)

ACT.

Act No. 29, 1929.

An Act to validate certain judicial acts of the Honourable James Lang Campbell, as one of the Justices of the Supreme Court. [Assented to, 19th November, 1929.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South
Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
1. This Act may be cited as the "Judic ia l Acts (Validating) Act, 1929."
2. No judgment, order, decree, sentence, or other judicial act given, made, pronounced, or done by the Honourable James Lang Campbell, as a Justice of tin; Supreme Court, shall be deemed invalid merely on the ground that prior to the time the judgment, order, decree, sentence, or act was given, made, pronounced, or done he had attained the age of seventy years.
