i t is expedient t o increase t h e Salaries of t h e J u d g e s
of t he Sup reme Cour t of Now South W a l e s Be i t therefore
and consent of t h e Legis la t ive Counci l and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w Sou th "Wales in th i s p resen t P a r l i a m e n t assembled a n d by t h e au thor i ty of t h e same as follows :—
1. E r o m a n d after t h e first day of J a n u a r y now n e x t t h e
| salaries of t h e respect ive J u d g e s of t h e | Sup reme | Cour t | shal l be | of |
| the a m o u n t s set for th in t he Schedule he re to | annexed . |
2 . Prov ided never theless t h a t t h e a m o u n t of Pens ions to be
demandable b y t h e said respect ive J u d g e s on p e r m a n e n t disabil i ty or infirmity or after fifteen years service as such J u d g e in t h i s Colony shall no tw i th s t and ing the increase of salary he reby g r a n t e d c o n t i n u e to be of t h e a m o u n t s a t present fixed by law and no more .
