JUDGES' SALARIES
AND PENSIONS.
No. 26 of 1969.
AN ACT to amend the Judges' Salaries and Pensions
Act, 1950-1966.
[Assented to 16th May, 1969.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

2. Section five of the principal Act is amended irstment
by repealing and re-enacting subsection (1) as Or)
follows
(1) As from and including the first day of January, nineteen hundred and sixty-nine, the Judges are entitled to the following salaries
| (a) | the Chief Justice of Western Australia to an annual salary at the rate of eighteen thousand dollars; |
| (b) | the Judge who is senior of the Judges other than the Chief Justice of Western Australia, whose office shall be known as that of Senior Puisne 36i 193606 |
| Judge, to an annual salary at the rate neundcgrelY of sixteen thousand five hundred dollars; | |
| (c) | each other Judge to an annual salary at the rate of sixteen thousand dollars, |
so long as their commissions remain in force
respectively. .
