HEREAS it is expedient to increase the salaries of the JudgesPreamble.

said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:
1. From and after the first day of January, one thousand eight

Chief Justice), Second Judge, Third Judge, Crown Solicitor and Public Prosecutor, Under Secretary, and Auditor-General respec- | |
titles of the said Judges and Civil Servants in the Schedule hereto, in lieu and instead of the salaries by law now payable to the |
