An Act to Repeal an Act No. 186 of 1880.

HEREAS it is expedient to repeal Act No. 186 of 1880-Be Preamble.

W it therefore Enacted by the Governor of thc Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present

Parliament assembled, as follows:

1, The Act No. 186 of 1880, An Act to provide for the pay- Repeal.

ment of retiring allowances to Judges of the Supreme Court in

certain cases, and for other purposes," is hereby repealed: Provided

that such repeal shall not affect the pension of any of the present

Judges.
