Act No. 22, 1919.

An Act to declare and amend the law relating- to certain judges' pensions ; to amend the Supreme Court and Circuit Courts Act, 1900, the Judges' Pensions Amendment Act, 190(5, and the Judges Retirement Act, 1918 ; and for purposes consequent thereon or incidental thereto. [Assented to, 5th December, 1919.]

(1) Section two of the J u d g e s ' Pens ions Amend­ m e n t Act , 1906, is amended by omi t t i ng the words appea r ing there in in inver ted commas " appo in ted before t h e commencemen t of this A c t " and inse r t ing in l ieu

thereof	t h e words	" a p p o i n t e d	before	t he	c o m m e n c e m e n t
of the	J u d g e s '	Pensions	A m e n d m e n t	Act ,	1906 . "

(2) T h e same section is amended by omi t t ing t h e

words " appointed after t he commencemen t of this A c t " whe re they occur in t he new subsection two of the it Supreme Cour t and Circui t Cour ts Act , 1900, inserted by t h a t section, and inser t ing in l ieu thereof the words
