Judges’ Pensions Amendment Act New South Wales

1998 No 42—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Judges’ Pensions Amendment Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 November 2001 as the day on which that Act commences.
