2. The lands referred to in the last preceding section, with all

appurtenances, buildings, and erections thereon shall, when relin- quished by the said trustees, be under the control of the Governor,

and such shall thereafter be a public reserve, and may be dedicated by

the Governor, by Proclamation in the Government Gnzette, to be

used for such purposes as may be described in such Proclamation.

THE FIRST SCHEDULE.

Comprising all that portion of the Government rcserrc, city of Adelaide, con- taining about eighteen and a half acres, situate west of portion of the western side of the Frome-road; north nf a portion of thc northcrn sidc of North-terrace; eavt and north of the eastern and northern hounda~ies of the University block ; east of a line heing the production northerly of the western side of University block aforesaid, to the southern side of the propowed carriage-drive, near the southern bank of the river Torrens; and south of the southcrn side of carriage-drive aforesaid; as delineated on plan in the office of the Surveyor-General, at Adelaide, p+, and marked thereon A'.

THE SECOND SCHEDULE.

Comprising all that portion of thc Government reserve, city of Adelaide, south of the centre of the river Tarrens, and situate between portion of the Fromc-road and the Corporation rcscrrc, described by section 1, clause 280, Act 190 of 1880, and lying to the north of and including the proposed new carriage-drivc delineated on plan, described in Firvt Schedule to this Act, and thereon marked F l.
