Application for unfair dismissal remedy.

[1] Further to my decision of 1 November 2011 [[2011] FWA 6458], reinstating the Applicant to his former position, I have been provided a copy of a Medical Certificate signed by Dr Ivan Holm certifying Mr Joseph Murphy as fit to return to work from 5 December 2011.

[2] Accordingly, an Order will issue concurrently with this decision reinstating the Applicant from Monday 5 December 2011.
