AN ACT to amend the Joondalup Centre Act 1976.

[Assented to 25 March 1985.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Joondalup Centre Short title.

2.	Section 9 of the Joondalup Centre Act 1976	Section 9
amended.

is amended by inserting after subsection (2) the

the approval of the Minister is required to
