Jetties Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2014
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Jetties Amendment Regulations
(No. 4) 2014.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows -
(a)
regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.
3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Jetties Regulations 1940.4. Regulation 95 amended
In regulation 95(2) delete "official designated by the Director
General as the "regional coordinator" for" and insert:officer appointed by the Director General as being in charge of
5. Regulation 95A replaced
Delete regulation 95A and insert:
officer in charge of the region in which the slipway is situated.
95A. Use of slipway (1) An owner or master of a vessel wanting to use a
slipway may apply to the officer in charge of the region
in which the slipway is situated to permit that use.(2) The application must be in the form of Schedule 3
Form 3.6. Regulation 96 amended
In regulation 96(b) delete "regional coordinator (designated under regulation 95) having the management and control of the slipway." and insert:

In regulation 101(11)(a) delete "regional coordinator (designated under regulation 95) having the management and control of the slipway; and" and insert:
officer in charge of the region in which the slipway is situated;
and8. Regulation 101A amended
In regulation 101A delete "regional coordinator (designated under regulation 95) in charge" and insert:
officer in charge of a region
9. Schedule 1A amended
In Schedule IA clause 1 in the Table item 19 delete "0.01060" and insert:
0.01056
