Jetties Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Jetties Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations, other than regulation 6, are to the Jetties Act Regulations 1940*.

3.            Regulation 1 amended

Regulation 1 is amended by deleting "Act".

4.            Regulation 67B amended

(1)	Regulation 67B(7) is amended by deleting "50 feet" and inserting instead —
" 15 metres ".
(2)	Regulation 67B(24) is amended by deleting "150° Fahrenheit" and inserting instead —
" 65° Celsius ".

5.            Regulation 76 amended

Regulation 76 is amended by deleting "8 feet" and inserting instead —

" 2.4 metres ".

6.            Jetties Regulations repealed

The Jetties Regulations are repealed.
