Jetties Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2013
Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.1. Citation
These regulations are the Jetties Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2013.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2013.
3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Jetties Regulations 1940.
[r. 6, 10A, 11, 25, 42A, 53A, 94A, 94B, 94C, 96 and 105I]
4. Schedule 1 replaced
Delete Schedule 1 and insert:
