Jetties Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Jetties Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Jetties Regulations 1940.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Delete Schedule 1 clause 12 and insert:

12.           Geraldton, Batavia Coast Boat Harbour

(1)	This clause applies to the Batavia Coast Boat I !arbour at Geraldton.
(2)	The fees and charges to be paid under regulations 6 and 94A are set out in Table 12.1.
