Jetties Amendment Regulations 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Jetties Amendment Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Jetties Regulations 1940.

4.             Schedule 1 clause 10 amended

In Schedule 1 clause 10(3) delete Table 10.2 and insert:

5.             Schedule 1 clause 19 amended

In Schedule 1 clause 19(3) in Table 19.2 item 1 delete “charter

vessel,”.

6.             Schedule 1 clause 20 amended

In Schedule 1 clause 20(3) in Table 20.2 items 1 and 3 delete

“charter vessel,”.
