JETTIES.

No. 30 of 1965.

AN ACT to amend the Jetties Act, 1926-1957.

[Assented to 21st October, 19651

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Jetties Act gingst,,,,.

Amendment Act, 1965.

(2) In this Act the Jetties Act, 1926-1957, is

referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Jetties Act, 1926-1965.

2. Section four of the principal Act is amended— Wended

(a) by substituting for paragraph (13), the following paragraph

(13) Prescribing the conditions to be inserted in any lease granted under this Act; ; and

(b)

by adding after paragraph (13), the following paragraph

(13a) Prescribing the fees to be payable for

any license granted under this Act; .

amended 3. Section seven of the principal Act is amended by inserting after the word, "license" in line one, the words, "on such terms and conditions as he thinks fit".
