This Act may he cited as the "Jeanneret ' s Tramway (Repeal) Act, 1945."

2. (1) Jeanneret's Tramway Act is hereby repealed. (2) Any obligation imposed by the Jeanneret 's

Tramway Act upon any person to operate the tramway constructed under that Act and all public rights over such tramway and any right conferred by that Act upon the Government to purchase such tramway shall be extinguished.
