Application for an unfair dismissal remedy – legal representation – leave granted under s.596
[1] The Applicant has sought permission to be represented by a lawyer pursuant to s.596(2) of the Act.
[2] Having considered the submissions filed by the Applicant and the Respondent in this matter, I determine that permission should be granted to the Applicant to be legally represented pursuant to s.596(2)(a) of the Act.
[3] My reasons for this decision will be given during proceedings on 4 December 2017.
