Application for relief from unfair dismissal - order requiring production of documents - order set aside.

[1] This matter involves an application made pursuant to section 394 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) for unfair dismissal remedy. Mr Jason Miola (the Applicant) claims that he was unfairly dismissed from his employment with SeaRoad Shipping Pty Ltd T/A SeaRoad (the Respondent).

[2] On 8 February 2017 at the request of the Applicant I issued an Order Requiring Production of Documents etc. to the Fair Work Commission.

[3] After discussions between the parties in conference today, I have determined to set aside the Order. The Order Requiring Production of Documents dated 8 February 2017 is therefore set aside.
