Application for relief from unfair dismissal - permission to be represented by a paid agent or lawyer.

[1] The Applicant and the Respondent have sought permission under s.596(2) to be represented by a lawyer or paid agent at the hearing of this matter to be held on 15 September in Shepparton.

[2] Both parties have made submissions that there is a degree of complexity to the proceedings and that it would enable the mater to be dealt with more efficiently if each party is able to be represented.

[3] I am satisfied that permission should be granted to each party pursuant to s.596(2)(a) of the Act.
