The appeal was allowed in part, with the order for the wife to receive 67% of the property being varied to 62.5%. One specific order was set aside, and the appeal concerning costs was otherwise dismissed. Both parties were granted costs certificates under the Federal Proceedings (Costs) Act 1981.
